We have officially lived in Colorado for two months now. It's hard to believe that so much time has passed already! It has gone by quickly, but I'm sure that's due to the fact that we have kept ourselves busy traveling, exploring our new home, and getting ready for our growing family! Before baby Wilburn arrives (any day now!), here's a recap of what we've been up to and where we've been the past 2 months.
Right after we moved from Illinois to Colorado, in mid-July, we headed up to Montana for the second time this summer! This time, we were there with all of Bryan's siblings, our nieces and nephews, and his parents for about a week of family vacation & relaxation in the Badlands.

We had a great time with everyone in Bryan's hometown. We were sad to leave, as we only get to see each other all together about once a year. But we were excited to come back to our new place and start really settling in! A few days after we got back from Montana, we met up with Bryan's new FOCUS team for an offsite retreat before the school year started. We got to stay at a friend's parents' house in the mountains just south of Denver. It was a beautiful couple of days getting some work done in preparation for the year and also having fun getting to know our new teammates!

Once we were back from our offsite, we hit the ground running getting settled into a routine and getting ready for baby Wilburn! The end of the summer was filled with Rockies games, karaoke, watching the Broncos, exploring Denver and enjoying the beautiful weather & outdoors of Colorado!

With a packed summer behind us, there is a lot to look forward to! Baby Wilburn will be here any day now, so we are waiting with excitement & plenty of anticipation. And we can't wait to see what the next few months have in store for us as a family of three!
